To cancel an already dispatched order, you can book for a return once you receive the package. The package should be unopened and fully intact with all original bills and tags.
Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:
Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
